To use the Smiley Icons you may choose a couple different methods.
For those familiar with MSN/Yahoo and other chat programs, the shortcuts should be the same for the most part.
Just make sure there is a SPACE BEFORE AND AFTER your your shortcut. eg: :) <=Notice there is a SPACE Before AND AFTER the :)
You may also use words enclosed in square brackets as shown below. eg: [smile] or [cool]
